It’s time to fire up those taste buds because Nyla’s 6th Annual Chili for Charity is back, and this year is set to be the hottest yet! We’ve got more competition, more chili, and a bigger goal in mind.
🌶️ CHILI FOR A CAUSE 🌶️
At the heart of this event is our continued commitment to supporting K9s for Warriors, an incredible organization that rescues shelter dogs and trains them to become life-changing service dogs for veterans. These brave men and women suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, or other service-related trauma find a renewed sense of purpose and dignity with the help of their loyal companions. Every dollar raised from this event goes directly to K9s for Warriors, ensuring our heroes get the support they deserve.
In the past five years, Chili for Charity has collectively raised over $36,000 for this amazing cause, and we aim to raise the bar even higher this year!
🌶️ BATTLE OF THE SMALL BUSINESSES 🌶️
This 6th Annual Chili for Charity is a “Battle of the Small Businesses,” again. We will pit 15 incredible local companies against each other in a friendly (and spicy) competition for the coveted TOP CHILI MASTER trophy. Each company will bring its A-game, but only one will leave with the crown!

📍 Location: Crooked Crab Brewing Company, 8251 Telegraph Rd Suite D, Odenton, MD 21113
🎟️ Tickets: $35 online or $40 at the door. Each ticket includes chili tastings, a drink ticket, and a goodie bag!
